Refund & Terms — SM Financial Solutions

1.Nature of Our Service

SM Financial Solutions provides educational guidance and consultation related to home loans. We are not a lender and do not directly provide loans. We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, fee waivers, or referral payouts. All loans are subject to the lender's own credit assessment and internal policies.

2.The ₹29 Engagement Deposit

The ₹29 you pay is a refundable engagement deposit, not a purchase price for the guide. You get your ₹29 back when either of the following happens:

A client you refers has their loan disbursed through us, or
You use this guide to apply for your own loan and it gets disbursed.

Refunds are credited via UPI within 7 working days of loan disbursement confirmation. If neither of the above conditions is met, the ₹29 is non-refundable — it is what keeps this a genuine engagement deposit rather than a free giveaway.

3.Referral Program Terms

When you refer someone who goes on to get a loan disbursed through us, you earn a payout based on the loan type:

Home Loan, Mortgage & Balance Transfer	0.40%
Personal Loan	1%

Payout is calculated on the sanctioned loan amount and paid only after the loan is disbursed. No payout is issued if the loan does not go through. Referral rates may be revised at our discretion.

4.No Guarantee of Approval or Fee Waivers

Any guidance we provide on fee waivers, CIBIL score matching, or lender selection is informational only. Final approval, applicable charges, and terms are entirely at the discretion of the lender. We cannot influence or override a lender's decision.

5.Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made based on our guidance, including but not limited to loan rejection, processing delays, or changes in lender policies. Our role is limited to providing information and consultation to help you make informed choices.

6.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

7.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
